What should a man's bowling outfit be like?

Men can go to the bowling alley in their favourite tracksuit, which will be perfectly appropriate there. What's more, it will provide enough freedom needed for playing. Add a men's short-sleeve T-shirt to it. A men's tracksuit sweatshirt and sports footwear will match such trousers. If you prefer a slightly less sporty look that's still comfortable, choose a polo shirt. It will add elegance without losing comfort. For the upper body, you can also choose a comfortable cotton roll neck. Men's sweatpants can also be replaced with cargo trousers, joggers or any others that provide plenty of freedom of movement.

What should a woman's bowling outfit be? What to choose?

Women can also appear at the bowling alley in tracksuit trousers. Equally comfortable alternative would be women's leggings. You can also decide on jeans, but only comfortable ones and preferably well-fitted, so they don't hinder movement - models with elastane will work well. Also good are knitted zip-up trousers or fashionable flared trousers. A classic women's T-shirt will go well with comfortable trousers. Just like men, women can add a sweatshirt to this outfit.

When going to play with friends, we often wonder whether we need to change shoes at the bowling alley. We don't know if we should choose comfortable sports footwear, or maybe we'll get shoes at the bowling alley. Generally the rule is that it's best to use specialist footwear offered by the bowling alley. Many such places actually require users to change their footwear.
