However, if you have any concerns about our products, please remember that all products purchased at MyBasic are covered by a warranty for defects constituting non-compliance with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery in accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.

How to file a complaint?

1. We encourage you to use our complaint form.

2. Send the product along with the completed form to the address below, with "COMPLAINT" written on the package.

3. Upon receiving the package, we will review the complaint within 14 days.

4. We will inform you of the outcome via email.

5. If the complaint is considered justified, we will fulfill the complaint request in accordance with applicable law.

Remember, you can also prepare a complaint letter on your own instead of using our form. In such a case, please include the following information: order number; details about the circumstances of the complaint, particularly the date the non-compliance (defect) was discovered; your preferred resolution—exchange or repair, or if these options are not possible or too burdensome as per the Consumer Rights Act—refund or price reduction; contact details.
