MyBasic Club is a loyalty program that allows you to unlock exclusive rewards and discounts. This offer is exclusively for our customers. We want to appreciate our loyal users for being with us. Join and enjoy, making shopping even more pleasant!
How does it work?
By registering an account in our store, you become a member of MyBasic Club. You don’t need to do anything else; we value your time.
For every EUR spent, you get 20 points! The points are valid for 365 days. You can use them at any time within the year.
In your Customer Panel, you will find the MyBasic Club section. There, by clicking the "Exchange Points for Rewards" button, you can choose your reward.
Right after placing an order, you will find out how many points will be assigned to your account. However, these points will only be credited after you receive your package.
Points are awarded only for purchased products. Shipping costs do not increase the points pool. Any returns and applied discounts reduce the number of points awarded.
Points expire after one year.
Promotions cannot be combined. Unfortunately, you cannot use two discount codes at the same time (e.g., the Large Family Card and a discount obtained through MyBasic Club).
If you shop in our store as a guest, after registering an account, we will do our best to ensure that points earned for previous purchases are also included in your Customer Panel.
