What is DSA?
The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a European regulation aimed at creating a safer and more transparent digital environment for users and businesses. The new rules apply to all digital service providers, including e-commerce platforms such as ours.
In our Online Shop, we provide services that meet the definition of intermediary services set out in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 - the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Such services include reviews added to products.
To ensure our Customers can use our Online Shop with full safety, we make every effort to promptly remove illegal content from these services once it has been reported and verified. These rules also apply to our Customers. Therefore, when using our Online Shop, please do not submit or publish illegal content

What is illegal content?
Illegal content is information that, either in itself or through reference to a specific activity, is not in compliance with generally applicable law or our Terms and Conditions. Illegal content includes, in particular:
- Content infringing copyright.
- Discriminatory, offensive, vulgar content, content inciting hatred or otherwise infringing personal rights.
- Product presentations and information that do not meet specific legal requirements or infringe the rights of other parties.
Illegal content in product reviews
You may post product reviews provided that the product being reviewed was actually purchased and tested by you. We reserve the right to refuse to publish reviews that:
- Are misleading.
- Were written in exchange for payment.
- Contain advertising, marketing content, or refer to so-called product placement.
- Contain links to websites.
- Infringe personal rights or the rules of social conduct.
- Contain personal data or other sensitive data.
- Do not relate to the product.
- Contain vulgar content or content generally considered offensive.
