Delivery

We care about your satisfaction, so we do everything we can to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible. We usually pack and ship orders within 48 hours.

The processing time mentioned above and the delivery times in the table below do not include non-working days (such as Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). In exceptional situations, such as during promotion periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. Additionally, the form of payment can also affect the delivery time. In the case of bank transfer payments, the order processing time starts only after the transfer has been credited to our account. If you need your order to be processed as quickly as possible, please use fast payment methods.

We will keep you updated on the status of your order by sending you an appropriate email. You can also check the status yourself by logging into your customer account.

International Shipping

The shipping time is typically 3 to 5 business days and depends on the destination. We partner with DPD to handle the delivery of your package.
