It provides excellent protection for the back and neck, and the high-quality fabric even shields against the tropical sun; the only thing missing is an elastic band that would keep the hat in place better in windy weather. It’s also missing from another model made of the same material—the bucket hat. Of course, you have to adjust the brim yourself, but it’s a great buy for strong sun. The fabric will do a great job of protecting your head from heatstroke and your neck from sunburn.
