What is illegal content?

Illegal content is information which, either in itself or by reference to a specific action, does not comply with generally applicable law or our Terms and Conditions. Illegal content includes, in particular:

• Content that infringes copyright.

• Content that is discriminatory, offensive, vulgar, incites hatred or otherwise violates personal rights.

• Presentations of and information about products that do not comply with certain legal requirements or infringe the rights of others.

Illegal content in product reviews

You may post product reviews provided that the product you are reviewing has actually been purchased and tested by you. We reserve the right to refuse to publish reviews that:

• They are misleading.

• They were written in exchange for remuneration.

• They contain advertising or marketing content or refer to so-called product placement.

• They contain links to websites.

• Infringe on personal rights or principles of social co-existence.

• Contain personal or other sensitive data.

• Not applicable to the product.

• Contain content that is vulgar or generally regarded as offensive.
