Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign "Discount Codes from MyBasic"

1. The Organiser of the Promotional Campaign entitled "Discount Codes from MyBasic" is MyBasic Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Izabelin B at ul. Rzędziana 11, 05-080 Izabelin B, registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000776465, NIP: 1182190916, REGON: 382808588 (hereinafter: the "Organiser").

2. Check the ways to contact the Organiser – the MyBasic online shop – on our Home page. Our Team is at your disposal and will be happy to answer your questions.

3. These Terms and Conditions are addressed both to Customers who are Consumers and to Customers who are not Consumers using the Online Shop.

4. Participation in the Promotional Campaign means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the MyBasic Shop Terms and Conditions.

5. The Promotional Campaign "Discount codes in the MyBasic shop" enables Customers of the Online Shop to use discount codes in the form of an electronic alphanumeric code, which have an individual designation and additional data, indicating, among other things:

   1. an individual combination of letters/numbers/characters;

   2. the code's expiry date;

   3. text information on the minimum purchase amount entitling the holder to use the discount code, if such a threshold has been set;

   4. the value of the discount code expressed as a percentage or in PLN (percentage code, fixed-amount code);

   5. legal restrictions, e.g. limiting the use of the code exclusively to a specific group of buyers (e.g. newsletter subscribers only) or to a specific group of products marked with the promotion's emblem (e.g. red clothing only);

   6. restrictions concerning the combination / non-combination of promotions.

6. Using a discount code and participating in the Promotional Campaign is entirely voluntary.

7. DEFINITIONS. Whenever the following capitalised terms are used further in these Terms and Conditions, they should be understood in the meaning given below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   1. DISCOUNT CODE – a sequence of letters/numbers/characters entitling the Buyer to a price reduction in the shopping basket. To use the Discount Codes available in the MyBasic Online Shop, you must meet the specific conditions set for each of the codes presented below. The first step to using a Discount Code is to add the selected products to the Basket and then go to the payment tab by clicking the "Checkout" button or go to the Basket tab by clicking the "Basket" button. The second step is to enter the Discount Code in the designated field and confirm its entry by clicking the adjacent button (e.g. "Activate"). If the code covers products in the basket, the total discount amount calculated for each entered Discount Code will be displayed in the "Discount" field.

   2. DISCOUNT CODE FOR SUBSCRIBING TO THE MYBASIC NEWSLETTER – to receive a Discount Code, you must subscribe to the Newsletter in the manner described in the Online Shop Terms and Conditions. The Discount Code entitles the holder to a fixed discount of PLN 30.00 gross on purchases in the Online Shop with a minimum value of PLN 300.00 gross. The discount does not activate automatically. To use it, you must log in to the shop and then enter the received Discount Code in the designated field in the Basket. Promotional codes cannot be combined, i.e. only one Discount Code can be used per purchase. This Discount Code may be used by a Customer who is a Consumer as well as by a Customer who is not a Consumer using the Online Shop, only once. Customers creating additional e-mail addresses in order to reuse the Discount Code is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, and the Organiser may in such a case refuse the right to use the discount.

   3. DISCOUNT CODE WITH THE LARGE FAMILY CARD – to receive a Discount Code, you must create a Customer Account in the Online Shop and then send an e-mail to [email protected], indicating your Large Family Card number. Once verification is successful, a permanent percentage discount of 5% on the shopping Basket will be assigned to your Customer Account. The discount does not activate automatically. To use it, you must enter the Discount Code: KDR in the designated field in the Basket. Detailed information on how to obtain the Discount Code can be found at: https://mybasic.eu/large-family-card. Promotional codes cannot be combined, i.e. only one Discount Code can be used per purchase.

   4. DISCOUNT CODE WITH THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME – to receive a Discount Code, you must be a member of the MyBasic Club Loyalty Programme. You can then exchange the loyalty points collected in your Customer Panel for a Discount Code in the amount indicated when exchanging points. The discount does not activate automatically. To use it, you must enter the received Discount Code in the designated field in the Basket. Promotional codes cannot be combined, i.e. only one Discount Code can be used per purchase.

   5. OCCASIONAL DISCOUNT CODE – the Organiser may provide an occasional discount code:

      1. in paper form – as an addition to an order or an incentive to shop;

      2. in an e-mail message – for newsletter subscribers, in connection with a placed order or as part of correspondence with the MyBasic shop Team;

      3. in the form of a social media message – as a discount code dedicated to the MyBasic online community, or through influencers, Brand ambassadors or trusted partners;

      4. in the form of a website announcement – as a code available to all Customers or a code dedicated to a specific group, e.g. subscribers or persons with registered Customer status.

8. Discount codes have an expiry date. After the validity period has elapsed, the discount code can no longer be used again.

9. The Customer has the right to use a given code once or multiple times when shopping in the Online Shop, of which the Organiser informs each time. This does not apply to the discount code with the Large Family Card, which is a multiple-use code.

10. Discount codes cannot be combined. It is not possible to use two codes in a single purchase.

11. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent. They are not a means of payment.

12. A fixed-amount or percentage discount code entitles the holder to purchase products from the offer available in the Online Shop with the discount indicated on the voucher.

13. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns unless the Organiser expressly informs that the selected promotions can be combined. The Organiser informs about the rules of using a specific code each time in announcements concerning that code.

14. Discount codes may be combined with a free-delivery promotion, provided the conditions entitling the holder to the free-delivery promotion have been met.

15. A discount code does not cover delivery costs, i.e. it is not proportionally spread over any delivery costs either.

16. The value of the discount is spread proportionally over all products in the basket.

17. All discount codes at MyBasic are so-called shopping basket discount codes. For the avoidance of doubt – this is not a discount on all products in the shop.

18. A discount code cannot be used by an unauthorised person or by a person who obtained it through fraud. Discount codes may not be sold.

19. Goods purchased under the promotion may be returned by the Consumer in accordance with the rules set out in the Online Shop Terms and Conditions. The Customer receives a refund of the product value shown on the receipt, invoice or electronic bill, subject to the point below.

20. Withdrawal from a contract for products purchased under a promotional campaign in which the Organiser has set a minimum order threshold is possible; however, if the return of part of the goods causes the value threshold required to obtain the discount not to be reached, the Consumer must be aware that the previously granted discount will be lost and the purchase of goods will be settled under general terms, not taking the promotional campaign into account. Detailed information on withdrawal from the contract and returns can be found in the RETURNS section.

21. Once a discount code has been used and the contract withdrawn from, the used discount code is non-refundable.

22. Any complaints regarding defects in goods or their returns for purchases made using a Discount Code will be handled under the general terms set out in the Online Shop Terms and Conditions.

23. Complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign can be submitted to the e-mail address: [email protected] or the addresses indicated in the Shop Terms and Conditions section. The content of the complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.

24. Complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign will be handled within 14 days of their receipt by the Organiser. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not in any way limit the right to lodge complaints or pursue claims to which a Participant is entitled under generally applicable laws.

25. For all other legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the general Online Shop Terms and Conditions shall apply.

26. In justified cases, the Organiser may amend the Terms and Conditions, of which it will promptly inform Participants by publishing the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the Shop's website. An amendment to the Terms and Conditions does not affect contracts concluded under the Promotion before the information about the change was published.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 07/10/2024.
