In short. MyBasicClub is an offer for our customers. You shop as usual, and we add points that you can exchange for discounts!

You create an account

You automatically become a member of MyBasic Club upon registration. You start collecting points almost immediately - just for creating an account you get as many as 250.

You collect points 

For every PLN spent you get 5 points, and for every review 50 points! Awarded points are valid for 365 days. You can use them at any time during the year.

You exchange points for discounts 

You can easily check the number of points collected in your customer account. In the customer panel, you convert them into discounts whenever you want.

Remember

  • Right after placing an order, you'll find out how many points will be added to your account. However, these points will only be credited once you've received your parcel. 
  •  Points are only awarded for purchased products. Delivery costs do not increase the points pool. Any returns and discounts applied will reduce the number of points awarded. 
  •  Points expire after a year. 
  •  Promotions cannot be combined. Unfortunately, you cannot use two discount codes (e.g. from a Large Family Card and a discount obtained through MyBasic Club). 
  •  If you shop in our store as a guest, once you register an account we'll try to ensure that points earned from previous purchases are also added to your Customer Panel.

Do you know someone who will love MyBasic?

Send your referral link (available in the Customer Panel) to people who haven't shopped with us yet. If they place an order for at least 200 PLN, you'll receive 2000 points. During the year you can earn points for a maximum of 10 successful referrals.

The loyalty programme allows you to enjoy additional discounts or earn rewards for points collected. You shop as usual for your favourite products, and additionally you receive 5 points for every 1 PLN spent. Points are valid for a year. At any time during this period, you can exchange them for a reward once you have enough.
