1. Does our Website use cookies?

Yes, our Website, like most websites, uses cookies. The Cookie Policy applies to both Online Store Customers and Visitors, i.e., users who browse the Store's content but do not make purchases. The policy also applies to Guests, i.e., Visitors who are not registered Customers but make purchases in our Store without creating an account.

The Website also uses functionalities similar to cookies. Therefore, the provisions of the Cookie Policy should also appropriately apply to these technologies.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are IT data, in particular, small text information, stored on users' end devices, e.g., on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone, which can be read by our IT system (first-party cookies) or the IT system of third parties (third-party cookies). These files allow the user’s device to be recognized and the website to be displayed according to their individual preferences, enabling the website to be displayed in the user's "remembered" language and other Website settings chosen by the user. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website they come from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.

A pixel is a software code that allows tracking Website Visitors and their behavior on websites where pixels are placed. It can be basic tracking, such as whether a person visited the Website, to detailed tracking of actions such as adding a product to the cart, selecting a product, submitting a form, etc. The pixel can transmit the collected information to a third party, i.e., the code provider.

3. What is the purpose of using cookies?

We use cookies and other internet technologies to:

  1. ensure the functionality, security, and reliability of our Website;

  2. customize the Website content to the preferences of the Customer or Visitor and optimize the use of the Website. These files allow the user’s choices regarding language, browser, selected Website elements settings, opting out of profiled ads, and saving the user’s location information;

  3. facilitate logging into the Customer Account;

  4. analyze and create statistics that help understand how Visitors use the Website, allowing improvements to its structure and content;

  5. for advertising purposes (including remarketing, retargeting) and connecting to social media, displaying behavioral advertising using Google Ads tools, providing Visitors and Customers with advertising content tailored to their interests or profiles, and displaying ads outside the Service (also using third-party cookies), i.e., our advertising partners. Our goal is to develop an advertising offer that is attractive and beneficial for our audience, so within behavioral advertising, the Customer and Visitor may see primarily information about products or services they have already viewed on our Website.

4. Are personal data processed within cookies?

Yes, selected cookies may in some situations process your personal data. The processing of personal data from cookies or similar technologies on our Website is carried out to ensure the Website's functionality, adapt the Website to the preferences of Visitors and Customers, or for analytical purposes. The processing is based on our legitimate interest. We want to emphasize that the legal basis for processing personal data for advertising and statistical purposes will always be your additional and explicit consent, given by choosing and checking the checkbox when consenting to cookies.

When a Visitor or Customer uses the Online Store, cookies enable identifying their browser or device—cookies collect various types of information, which, in principle, do not constitute personal data. However, some information, depending on its content and usage, can be associated with a specific person—assigning certain behaviors to a specific Visitor or Customer, e.g., by linking them with data provided when registering an Account in the Online Store or a specific email address—and thus be considered personal data.

5. If cookies process personal data, does the Privacy Policy apply?

Yes, regarding the information collected by cookies that can be associated with a specific person, the provisions of the Online Store's Privacy Policy related to personal data, particularly the rights of the data subject, apply.

6. Do I have to consent to the use of cookies?

During your first visit to our Website, you will be informed about our use of cookies. You can agree to them or not. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, we will only use necessary, technical cookies required for the proper functioning of the Website. Non-technical cookies will only be loaded after you consent to cookies (opt-in clause).

7. Can I change my mind regarding the use of cookies?

Of course, you can. If you have consented to our use of cookies, you can change your mind at any time and withdraw your consent, preventing their future use. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. However, please note that disabling or limiting cookies may cause difficulties in using the Online Store and many other websites that use cookies.

8. How can I further manage my privacy?

If you want to further manage your privacy, here is a list of tools that may help:

9. Are cookies harmful?

The cookies we use are not harmful to Visitors and Customers or the computer, mobile phone, or end device they use. Therefore, we recommend not disabling them in browsers.

So-called harmless cookies are necessary for the correct operation of the Website and are required to enable the functionality of the Website, but their operation is not related to tracking the user. We also use so-called testing cookies on our Website, which we use to track Visitors, but they do not include information that allows (without other data) identifying a specific user. In certain situations, we use profiling, as described in point 12.

10. What first-party cookies do we use?

We use first-party cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the Website. Our cookies are designed to facilitate the use of our Website, particularly the Store's functionalities.

11. Do we use third-party cookies?

Cookies allow us to customize advertising and marketing content to your preferences. Cookies also increase the usability and personalization of the Online Store's content.

12. Do we use profiling?

Yes. The cookies used in the Online Store allow the Administrator to learn about Visitors' preferences, e.g., by analyzing how often they visit the Online Store and whether and what products they buy. Profiling mainly concerns logged-in persons, i.e., Customers. Analyzing online behavior helps us better understand your habits and expectations and adapt to your needs and interests.

Based on cookies, the Administrator also uses technology to reach Visitors with advertising messages who previously visited the Online Store while using other websites, using Google Ads tools.

The longer data retention period always applies.

15. What social media tools do we use?

Our Website uses plugins and other social media tools provided by social networks like Facebook and Instagram.

When you display a Website page containing such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of social network administrators (service providers). This information (along with your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there.

The purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use by service providers, as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, are described in the privacy policies of the respective service providers.

If you do not want social networks to associate the data collected during visits to our Website directly with your profile on the respective service, you must log out of that service before visiting our Website.
