RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you want to return the ordered product? No problem.
General Return Policy
1. Remember that you always have 30 days to decide to return the ordered products from the moment of receiving the shipment (withdrawal from the sales contract).
2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, inform us about your decision.
If you have an account in the MyBasic.pl store, you have the option of registering a return. In the order details in your account, just click "return", select the products and confirm.
Specifying the reason is not obligatory, but it will make our work on new products much easier.
If you do not have an account, go to the website https://mybasic.pl/odzykuje-hasla, enter the e-mail address to which the order was placed and click "send link to reset". You will receive an e-mail notification with a link that you need to click and set the account password. With this password you can log in and in the order details in your account, just click "return", select the products and confirm.
You can also send us a return without registering. Please attach the return form or information about the order number.
3.To send a return, you can send it yourself by courier to the following address: MyBasic Sp. z o.o., ul. Pocztowa 2 lok. 15, 05-082 Stare Babice or you can use the FastZwroty.pl service (link below).
We will be grateful if you attach your proof of purchase, the order number or the details of the person who placed the order. This will make it easier for us to process the return and speed up the refund.
4. We will keep you informed (by e-mail) about the status of the refund.
5. Remember that in accordance with our regulations and legal regulations, the Customer is responsible for reducing the value of the returned items, so we will be grateful that the returned item is packed in its original packaging, if possible.
6. We will refund the payment using the same payment method that you selected in the original transaction. The payment will be returned to the bank account in the case of choosing payment on delivery (cash on delivery) or payment by bank transfer. Remember to give us your account number. In no event will you incur any additional fees for the return.
7. We process returns as quickly as possible. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, whichever occurs first.
8. We suggest that you do not send us returns via the Polish Post Office, as unfortunately parcels are often not delivered.
Quick returns in the parcel locker
At MyBasic, you can use the Fast Returns service and send a return at any parcel locker in Poland without the need to stand in lines or print a consignment note! The service costs PLN 10 - this amount will be deducted from the goods returned by you. In order to use the service, it is enough that:
1. You will enter the site
2. You will fill in the necessary data, i.e. order number, name, surname, telephone number, email and description.
3. After completing the data, you will receive an e-mail that we have accepted the information about your willingness to return.
4. After accepting your order, you will receive a second email with a unique Return Code. The code will be valid for 3 days. Remember to send your package at this time.
5. Write the Return Code clearly (preferably with a marker) on your parcel and make sure that there are no other shipping labels on it.
6. Go to any Parcel Locker. On the machine screen, select "Send a package" and then "I have a return code". Enter the 10-digit Return Code, confirm and ... it's ready.
7. In order to speed up and facilitate the settlement of your return, we will be pleased if you complete and attach the following return form to the package. Files to download and print:
